soxiam: I’ve been thinking a lot lately about how I need to change my interviewing style to make things more exciting and engaging. One idea involves keeping absolutely silent while looking at the clock, quietly sipping my tea and refusing to make an eye contact. Then, when the candidate is about to leave the room I suddenly apply an one-armed chokehold and say “If you ever disrespect my wife again, I will end you. I will fucking end you. You got that, chief?”
