Is it possible to go on a business(ish) trip for two weeks with just an iPhone and a bluetooth keyboard? Anyone tried it? Should I just go buy a MacBook Air?

Is it possible to go on a business(ish) trip for two weeks with just an iPhone and a bluetooth keyboard? Anyone tried it? Should I just go buy a MacBook Air?
