Dinner Guests,
Attached is the menu for Thursday’s dinner, a full-on spring feast.
Please let us know if we should be aware of any serious dietary concerns.
We are hopeful that we will have wine and beer for the evening.
(Editor’s note: Somewhere in the past year or two, I’ve been getting less and less e-mails and texts about keggers, and more of these type of invitations. When did this happen? Is this what being an adult is like?

I think I’ll be an adult when I’m out to eat with my parents and I say “No, no.. I got this, guys” and pick up the check. Yet to happen..

I think so. And once you get there, you’re contractually obliged to talk about either government funding for the arts or recycling.
